Cristina holds two degrees from EUSA in Sevilla, Spain and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is very much a "people person" and truly enjoys working with and assisting our client's adjusters and nurse case managers. We asked Cristina a few questions so you can get to know her a little better.

Neil Kalia

Please meet Neil Kalia as he enters the Spotlight!

With Neil's experience as a practicing provider, his move from practice to VP of Provider Relations & Contracting was a smooth transition to help grow and maintain a quality multi-specialty provider network for Comprehensive Pain Management, Post-Acute Care and Addiction Recovery.

Neil earned his Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2000, specializing in Workers' Compensation. He also received certification as an Independent Disability Examiner. We asked Neil a few questions so you can get to know him a little better.

a.As a manager, you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in the trenches with your team to work towards a common goal. You can only get it right, once you are willing to acknowledge, learn and not repeat the same mistakes.
10.What is the most challenging part of your job?
a.To try not working over the weekend.

Stan Smith

Please meet Stan Smith as he enters the Spotlight!

Stan was instrumental in building the Adva-Net Post-Acute Care Network. Among his executive duties is oversight of Adva-Net’s interdisciplinary Clinical Review Team (CRT). The CRT provides usual & customary and reasonable & necessary clinical and billing review of catastrophic clinical cases for Adva-Net’s clients. In addition, Stan has 20+ years of experience in operations management specializing in Continuous Quality Improvement Best Practice programs. He has received state/national recognition for CQI & Risk Management programs, person centered care and regulatory compliance. We asked Stan a few questions so you can get to know him a little better.
